Sym’s Club is our ongoing, monthly fermentation subscription.

 

Each month, we send a small selection of ferments chosen for how they work in real cooking — building depth, balance, and flexibility in the pantry. Some months focus on familiar foundations. Others move in more exploratory directions. What stays consistent is function: ferments designed to be used intuitively, a little at a time, across many meals.

Sym's Test Kitchen is an exclusive three month offering built around ferments we don't release publicly. This is where we work with more experimental flavors, unexpected ingredient combinations, and ideas that sit outside our everyday line.

These are not foundations or staples. They're bold, high impact ferments made in smaller runs, designed for people who enjoy cooking with curiosity.

What to Expect

  • A fixed three-month offering with one shipment per month

  • Two ferments per shipment

  • Six total ferments

  • One-time, upfront enrollment fee, shipping included

  • Simple notes focused on how and when to use each ferment​​

Billing & Shipping:

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Orders are shipped on the first Wednesday of every month.

Your initial payment of $99 is processed at the time of signup. If you subscribe before the first Wednesday of the month, your first shipment will be sent that same month. If you subscribe after that, your first package will ship on the first Wednesday of the following month. You will not be charged twice or experience any irregularities in billing.

​

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
